Notwithstanding that when someone dies, it is a difficult time, not all of those entrusted with dealing with the affairs of the deceased feel confident or wish to take on the liability of administering the estate. In recognising this, Andrea Pierce Probate Services has been set up to advise clients on the next steps to take; ranging from whether that is help as to what forms to complete or providing an overview of the process, to helping with the paperwork to apply for a Grant or Probate or to taking on complete responsibility for administering the estate on behalf of those entrusted.
